This beautiful home overlooks scenic Drew Harbor and Rebecca Spit Provincial Park. It is Located in a quiet neighborhood, one block from the beach and backs onto a forest. Walking distance to most Amenities! Kayak and bike rentals, boat trips, Rebecca Spit Park, ocean access is handy in Drew Harbor, the grocery store, post office, restaurants and pubs are all within walking distance. The eastern exposure offers lovely sun and moonrises, views of the mainland mountains and outlying islands. The fenced, private backyard backs onto a forest and has beautiful large cedar trees for shade to stay cool on hot days. The sunny front yard has a grassy play area that is completely enclosed by a fence and privacy hedge, perfect for young toddlers.

 

 

The home is split-level and maximizes views out to the ocean on all levels. The sunken living area has high ceilings that are open concept to the kitchen and dining area located above, creating an open and spacious feeling. Cathedral windows create a bright living space with lots of natural light. The home is Artistically decorated with Several comfy couches and carpet make this a cozy communal area.

Social Kitchen & Dining Area

The elevated kitchen, also offering views of the mountains, is well equipped and has a gas range, dishwasher, microwave and plenty of counter space with barstools to lounge on. The dining area is immediately beside it, a perfect set-up for socializing while cooking and eating. It is easy to continue through the kitchen to the deck and patio out back, which offers private sitting and eating areas, a BBQ and lovely flower gardens.

All three bedrooms and two bathrooms are located on the upper level. This home can accommodate up to 6 people with two Queen beds suitable for 2 couples traveling together, and the third bedroom has twin beds for kids or adults. This home is equipped with High-speed WIFI internet, telephone, cable TV, DVD and CD Player.

 

 

Beautifully landscaped to maximize privacy. Enjoy backyard BBQ's and private mountain views with your coffee in the morning. Fully fenced yard, good sun and shade.

 

 

PRICING - is based on up to 6 Guests. Four night minimum. All prices and payments are made in Canadian funds by cheque or money order allowing sufficient time for postage. Dogs are allowed with permission of owners and cost $10/night or $50/week. All reservations subject to an Accidental Damage Plan ($80).

DEPOSIT POLICY - For reservations more than 6 wks. prior to arrival date, 50% is required at time of booking and your reservation becomes confirmed on receipt of those funds. The balance is due 6 wks. prior to your arrival date. For reservations less than 6 wks. prior to arrival, full payment is required at time of booking.

CANCELLATION - by guest- confirmed reservations are NON-REFUNDABLE. However, if you must, we will try to re-rent and if successful we will refund the full amount, less a 10% administration fee. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance since the properties can be difficult to re-rent.
