Newsletters focus on a theme, such as "ten timely tax tips" at year end, education savings
strategies in September. Bulletins respond to timely issues, such as the online bank fee calculator
when it was first posted by the the Financial Consumer Agency of Canada, or a graph
showing the historical stock market response to US invasions. . . in time for Junior's
launch of Gulf War Redux.
